All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Collector-Grade Returns & Exchanges
We understand that collectors demand perfection when adding to their premium collections of action figures, Funko Pop! vinyls, and other collectibles. Our 15-day return policy reflects this commitment to quality.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unopened packaging (unless defective)
- In the same condition as when shipped
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase
- Return requested within 15 days of delivery
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following collectibles cannot be returned or exchanged due to their exclusive nature:
- All Pop! Exclusives
- Limited-edition Marvel Legends figures
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return Request

- Photos of the item and packaging
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)
- Detailed return instructions
3. Package & Ship Your Return
Please ensure your return is properly prepared:
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Securely package the item to prevent damage
- Affix the RMA number visibly on the package

4. Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt, our team will:
- Inspect the item within 3 business days
- Process approved returns within 5 business days
- Notify you via email at each stage
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (additional 3-5 days for bank processing)
- Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):

- We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received and inspected

Damaged or Defective Items
If your collectible arrives damaged or defective:
